AUTOMATION MANAGER

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define the control philosophy, automation architecture, network topology, I/O strategy and system standards.
  • Coordinate field instruments such as level, flow, belt-weight, temperature, pressure, vibration, moisture and particle-size measurement.
  • Develop control narratives, cause-and-effect charts, permissives, trips and safe start/stop sequences.
  • Manage PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI, historian, alarm management, reporting and engineering workstations.
  • Lead FAT, SAT, loop checks, integrated testing, cybersecurity coordination and operator training.

KEY OUTPUTS

Control philosophy, instrument index, I/O list, functional design specifications, HMI standards, interlock matrix, FAT/SAT records and as-built software.

PROJECT MANAGER

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the overall project execution plan, scope, schedule, cost, risk and reporting structure.
  • Coordinate process, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, automation, utility, HSE and environmental workstreams.
  • Manage interfaces between the owner, consultants, technology providers, contractors, suppliers and local authorities.
  • Lead design reviews, procurement priorities, construction readiness, commissioning planning and handover.
  • Maintain decision logs, change control, progress dashboards and recovery actions.

KEY OUTPUTS

Approved execution plan, master schedule, risk register, interface matrix, progress reports, commissioning readiness and final handover.

MACHINERY MANAGER

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead technical selection and review of crushers, screens, mills, hydrocyclones, slurry systems, pelletizers, dryers, furnace systems, coolers and conveyors.
  • Verify equipment duty, materials of construction, maintainability, guarding, lubrication and condition-monitoring requirements.
  • Coordinate vendor drawings, datasheets, foundation loads, utilities, spares and installation interfaces.
  • Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies using vibration, temperature, current and inspection data.
  • Support erection supervision, alignment, no-load testing, performance testing and troubleshooting.

KEY OUTPUTS

Approved machinery specifications, vendor-document reviews, spare-parts strategy, maintenance plans, installation acceptance and performance-test records.
