Iron Ore Pellet
Products & Sales

A commercial product page for the iron pelletization project, with product categories, indicative specifications and non-binding 2026 reference price ranges.

Sales Proposition

Commercial-status note

The supplied project materials do not confirm that the plant is already commissioned or that products are currently available for sale. Therefore, this page is written as a proposed sales portfolio. Replace the status wording, specifications, capacity and delivery terms after commissioning and laboratory qualification.

Sales proposition

DEVKI TURKAZ INDUSTRIAL SYSTEM is developing an integrated route for converting locally sourced iron ore fines into uniform, heat-hardened pellets. The proposed commercial portfolio is structured for blast-furnace, direct-reduction and pellet-feed customers, subject to final ore testing, plant design, commissioning performance and buyer approval.

  • Target green and finished pellet size: approximately 8–16 mm, subject to customer specification.
  • Fine grinding target stated in the project information: typically below 45 microns before pellet formation.
  • Custom chemistry, basicity and binder selection can be developed for specific steelmaking routes.
  • Road or rail dispatch may be evaluated, including export logistics through Mombasa where commercially appropriate.
Proposed Product Portfolio

Proposed product portfolio

The ranges below are suitable for website presentation and early commercial discussions. They are not certified product guarantees.

Standard Blast Furnace Pellets

Balanced quality for conventional blast-furnace burden.

Indicative specification: Fe 64.0–65.5%; nominal size 8–16 mm; controlled silica, alumina, phosphorus and moisture; CCS to be agreed.

Typical application: Blast furnaces and integrated steelworks.

$140–175
USD / dmt

Fluxed Blast Furnace Pellets

Pellets with controlled limestone or dolomite addition.

Indicative specification: Fe 63.5–65.5%; basicity and MgO adjusted by contract; nominal size 8–16 mm.

Typical application: Improved burden chemistry and reduced in-furnace flux demand.

$150–185
USD / dmt

Acid Pellets

Low-basicity pellets for flexible burden blending.

Indicative specification: Fe 64.0–66.0%; low added flux; chemistry and reducibility agreed with buyer.

Typical application: Blast-furnace blends requiring acid pellet chemistry.

$145–180
USD / dmt

Direct Reduction Grade Pellets

Higher-grade, low-gangue pellets for DRI/HBI production.

Indicative specification: Fe 66.5–67.5%; combined silica and alumina controlled; nominal size 8–16 mm; high strength target.

Typical application: Gas-based or hydrogen-ready direct-reduction plants.

$170–215
USD / dmt

Pellet Feed / Iron Ore Concentrate

Fine beneficiated feed for third-party pelletizing plants.

Indicative specification: Fe 65.0–67.5%; fine particle distribution; moisture and filtration basis agreed by contract.

Typical application: Pellet plants and concentrate consumers.

$115–145
USD / dmt

Pellet Chips and Screened Fines

Secondary size fractions recovered during final screening.

Indicative specification: Fe and size distribution based on parent pellet product; typical fraction below the main saleable size.

Typical application: Sinter blends, briquetting or other approved metallurgical applications.

$75–115
USD / dmt
Indicative Pricing Basis

Indicative pricing basis

Reference date: 2 August 2026

Public market references showed the 62% Fe China-import benchmark near USD 98/dmt at the end of July 2026, while public July 2026 indications for 65% Fe futures were broadly around USD 113–115/dmt. Pellet and concentrate products normally trade using benchmark indexation plus grade, impurity, physical-quality and pellet-premium adjustments. The website ranges above are therefore broad planning estimates prepared for presentation—not published market assessments or binding DEVKI TURKAZ quotations.

Price component What it reflects Commercial effect
Base iron ore index Relevant 62% or 65% Fe benchmark and agreed pricing period. Moves with the global iron ore market.
Fe-grade adjustment Difference between delivered Fe and the contractual base grade. Higher Fe generally supports a premium.
Gangue and impurity adjustment Silica, alumina, phosphorus, sulfur and other chemistry. May add a premium or discount.
Pellet premium Agglomeration value, strength, size uniformity and end-use suitability. BF and DR pellets command different premiums.
Logistics and Incoterm EXW, FCA, FOB Mombasa, CFR/CIF destination, inland transport and port costs. Quoted separately or built into delivered price.
Commercial terms Volume, payment security, shipment window, testing, claims and contract duration. Long-term and spot prices may differ.
